Since a friend went with me to Maui on this trip, we did a few things I have not done in many years. One of these was traveling the road to Hana. Since we didn’t want the hassle of driving my little rent car (Nissan Versa, aka, the Bubble), we decided to hire a private tour guide. Well, my friend, Ann, came up with the idea. The moment she said it, I knew it was the best decision to make as I have done this road before. We used a company called Maui’s Private Guide, which I gave 5 stars to on TripAdvisor. The destination is definitely not the point when you do the road to Hana. It is the journey. Click to enlarge all pictures.
